Important Visitor Information

At Coleman Hay Farms, we are a fully operating farm, and for the safety and privacy of our family and animals, we are not open to the public throughout the week. However, we’d love for you to visit during our Scheduled Events or Scheduled Pick Ups.

Scheduled Events include:

• Fall Fest
• Countdown to Christmas
• Farm Tours
• Annual Auction
• Highland Moo Meet and Greet
• Pop Up Events

Scheduled Pick Ups for:

• Hay
• Straw
• Erosion Control Products
• Meat (including our Pasture-Raised Chicken and Angus Beef)

Safety Reminder:
When visiting the farm, please enter with caution as we have friendly dogs and cats on the property.

Weather Updates

For all weather-related updates, please refer to our Facebook Page. We’ll keep you informed of any changes due to weather conditions.

Ticketed Event 

• 48-Hour Notice: If something comes up and you need to reschedule your ticketed event, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
• Arrival Time: Please aim to arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled event time.
• No Refunds: Once your tickets are booked or once you enter a non-ticketed event, no refunds will be issued after the 48 hour mark.

Farm Safety

• Do Not Feed the Animals: For the safety and well-being of our animals, please refrain from feeding them.

Although we love meeting your furry family members, we kindly ask that you leave your dogs at home when visiting our farm. This is to ensure the safety of our animals and to maintain a peaceful environment on site. We appreciate your cooperation!

We want you to have the best experience possible at Coleman Hay Farms! Here are some helpful tips to make your visit even more enjoyable:

• Wear Closed-Toe Shoes: For your safety and comfort, we recommend wearing sturdy, closed-toe shoes while exploring the farm.
• Bring a Camera: There are plenty of beautiful moments to capture, so don’t forget your camera or smartphone!
• Be Patient and Kind to All Animals: Our animals are friendly and curious, but please approach them with care and respect.
• Ask Questions! We LOVE questions, and we’re happy to share more about the farm, our practices, and our animals.
• Enjoy Your Time on the Farm! Take in the sights, sounds, and fresh air!

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we require that all visitors attending Private Events or Ticketed Events complete a waiver before visiting.

Please ensure the waiver is filled out prior to your visit to help us provide a smooth and efficient check-in process.
